Privacy Statement

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Who We Are

AlphaWave (“AlphaWave”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology company building AI agents for content production and operations. This Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal data in connection with the website alpha-wave.ai (the “Site”). For questions or requests relating to your data, contact us at info@alpha-wave.ai.

2. Scope of this Statement

This statement covers personal data we process as the operator of the Site and in handling business enquiries. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients in the course of a service engagement — that processing is governed by the agreement we conclude with each client.

3. Information We Collect

The Site is intentionally minimal in what it collects:

  • Information you give us. If you contact us by email or through the contact form on the Site, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided) and whatever information you choose to include in your message.
  • Technical log data. Our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information needed to serve and secure the Site — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in standard server logs.
  • Cookie preference. Your cookie consent choice is stored on your own device, as described in our Cookie Statement. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and it does not currently run analytics.

The Site has no user accounts. Contact-form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by our form-delivery provider and are not stored on the Site itself.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • to respond to your enquiries and manage our business relationship with you;
  • to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site;
  • to comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in responding to business enquiries; your consent, where we ask for it (for example, for any non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses only what is strictly necessary for it to function, plus a stored record of your consent choice. Details, including how to change your choice at any time, are set out in our Cookie Statement.

7. How We Share Information

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business — such as our hosting provider, email service and contact-form delivery service — under terms that restrict their use of the data, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

8. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the country in which you live, including outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Data Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then for as long as applicable law requires. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting before being deleted or anonymised.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, have data erased;
  • restrict or object to our processing of your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@alpha-wave.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and minimal data collection by design — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
